Activities
From Year 2 children are encouraged to participate in a wide range of clubs and societies that happen after school. These take place from 3.30pm to 4.30pm for Years 2 and 3 and 4.30pm to 5.30pm for the older pupils. The activities are seasonal but include such pursuits as chess, basketball, table tennis, batik, dance, art and design, judo, fencing, badminton, cookery, sailing and others. It often allows children to experience a pastime that is not normally included within the ordinary curriculum and the extra-curricular activities do prove to be very popular.
